Returns, Refunds & Order Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of our products, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, you must provide:

Clear photos of the packaging (including shipping label)

Clear photos of the damaged item(s), if applicable
Failure to provide proper documentation within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied.
Important Conditions

Claims submitted after 24 hours of confirmed delivery will not be accepted

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier

Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

We do not replace or refund orders due to user error, misuse, or misunderstanding of the product
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears fraudulent or abusive. Repeated claims, chargebacks, or suspicious activity may result in refusal of future service.
